MARCH MEETING IS OUR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

A reminder to members that the March meeting is our AGM and we need you there to vote in your new committee.  All positions are declared vacant and you can nominate a fellow member or yourself.  A quorum of 10% of members is needed for the meeting to go ahead so please be there.

This will be followed by Supper and our normal general meeting with the new committee.


See you there at 7.30pm in the upstairs meeting room of the Cronulla School of Arts, Surf Road Cronulla.

Meeting Notice to Members

Members are reminded that this Wednesday 5 February 2014 will be our first meeting of the year.

It is a Selection night for those members wishing to have Exhibiting Member status.

Members wishing to become Exhibiting Members should contact the President prior to the meeting for details of the procedure.

Visitors are welcome.  We will be showing a CD of Greg Daly's making techniques.

Very best wishes to all our Members and supporters for a wonderful holiday season.

Our first meeting for 2014 will be on Wednesday 5th February at 7.30pm in the Cronulla School of Arts upstairs meeting room.  Entry through the front door off Surf Road Cronulla.

December Meeting and Stall in Cronulla Mall Saturday

Congratulations to ticket holder Orange D049, winner of the 2013 Christmas Hamper.  

Thank you to all who supported us and Sylvanvale Foundation by donating goods and buying tickets.

Wednesday night 4 December will be our last meeting for this year, as usual a 7.30pm start in the upstairs meeting room of Cronulla School of Arts in Surf Road Cronulla.

Members are invited to take part in a Christmas gift exchange (less than $10) and to share a cuppa and a chat after a short business meeting.

Tickets for our Christmas Hamper will be available.  The proceeds will go to the local charity, the Sylvanvale Foundation.

The draw will take place at our stall in the Cronulla Mall (near Westpac Bank) at 3.30pm on Saturday afternoon, 7th December 2013.

Members are invited to bring along a piece of work they made at one of our demonstrations or workshops during the year.
A chance for those unable to attend evening meetings to get to know other members.

Market stall at Stanwell Park Festival of Flight

Due to very wet weather the stall was cancelled. Apologies to any who came looking for us.

This Sunday 10th November is the Festival of Flight at Stanwell Park

Join us, say hi and start your Christmas shopping, 

four different artists bringing you their handmade ceramics so plenty of variety for everyone, from jewellery 

to buttons to Christmas Angels or the perfect serving dish...

November Meeting 2013

Dear Members and Friends

Please join us at our November meeting, upstairs in the meeting room of Cronulla School of Arts at 7.30pm on Wednesday 6th November 2013.

We will be looking at how to use Keraflex, the porcelain sheeting.  If you wish to try your hand then there will be a charge of $7 for a piece as it is quite expensive.

Then we will have a tea break before our business meeting so bring a plate to share.  Members wishing to be considered for Exhibition Member status can apply this month. Contact one of the executive before the meeting for details.

Start Christmas Shopping

members will be holding a stall in the Foyer of Sutherland Hospital this Friday 18th October from 9.30am to 3pm.

come along and start your Christmas shopping with some beautiful hand made bowls, vessels and porcelain Christmas tree hangers or some ceramic jewellery.

Thank you all who supported our stall.  It was a great success and we hope to return again in the New Year.
